What counts as a request?
Every call to the
/check endpoint counts as one request, whether the email turns out to be disposable or not. Calls to /usage are free. See the API documentation for details.Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle, and you can cancel anytime with access until the end of the paid period. There are no contracts or lock-in.
Do unused requests roll over?
No. Free plan quotas reset daily at midnight UTC; paid plan quotas reset monthly on your billing anniversary. Pick a plan that matches your average monthly signups.
What happens when I hit my limit?
The API returns a
429 response with your limit and reset time, so your signup flow can fail open or fail closed — your choice. We email you at 80% usage so you can upgrade before hitting the cap.Do you offer refunds?
